This policy explains what personal data the Sixion website collects, what it is used for and what your rights are, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
1. Data controller

2. What data we collect
- Quote form: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp, product of interest, type of need, message and page language.
- Sizing calculator: the same contact details plus the environment information you provide (area, ceiling height, type of environment, climate, installation type and free description), and the calculated result.
- WhatsApp: when you click a WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place in the WhatsApp app; the pre-filled message shows which page of the site you came from.
- Browsing: with Google Analytics we collect site usage data such as pages visited, traffic source, device type, clicks on contact buttons and page performance measurements.
3. What we use it for
- Answering your request, preparing the quote and following up commercially on it.
- Understanding how the site is used, to improve its content and experience.
Legal bases (LGPD, art. 7): pre-contractual procedures at the data subject's request (item V) for quote and contact requests; legitimate interest (item IX) for site usage measurement. We do not sell personal data.
4. Who we share it with
- Hosting: the site and its database run on a server contracted by Sixion from Hetzner Online GmbH, in Germany.
- Email: requests are sent to Sixion's sales mailbox, hosted by UOL.
- Google (Google Analytics), for site usage measurement.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only when you choose to start a conversation there.
5. Cookies
The site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visits in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site keeps working normally.
6. How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as needed to handle your request and the resulting business relationship, or for the period required by law.
7. Your rights
At any time you may request confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, and information about sharing (LGPD, art. 18). Just write to vendas@sixion.com.br.
